Very Easy Translation Services

Easy translation is translation ordered without quotes, forms and chasing - you send the file and get it back. The work is produced by people and not by software, and what shapes it here is translation across documents, websites, media and software from one supplier, so the deliverable fits how you actually work instead of a generic template. Every file is checked by a second reviewer before it is sent.

Typically people who need one document handled and do not want to learn how the industry works. In each case someone downstream relies on the file being correct, so a term rendered two different ways in the same document is not a small problem, and a second reviewer checks the work before it is sent. Most of the work here ends up in front of someone with the authority to reject it.

A photo of the document taken on a phone is enough to start, with no scanner or file conversion needed. That is settled before work begins and not discovered afterwards, so the first delivery is the one you can use. The translator works into their own first language, which is what keeps long text readable instead of merely correct.

One person handles your order from quote to delivery, so you are not re-explaining it to a queue. That is part of what easy translation means here, not an extra, and anything genuinely outside the brief is quoted before it starts. A certified version and a plain working copy can be issued from the same job.

Yes. Easy translation is available in 100+ languages, with every file going to a native speaker of the target language and a reviewer who also reads it. Rarer languages are confirmed as available before the quote goes out, not after you have paid. Where a language is rare, availability is checked before the quote.

Translation starts at $0.10 per word, and certified documents at $25 per page, with volume pricing once a project passes an agreed size. The quote for easy translation is worked out from the word count, the subject matter and whether the document has to be certified. Translation is priced per word and certification per page, so you can see which part of the figure is which. Easy translation is quoted from the material you send, so a short job and a long one are worked out the same way. Send the material and the figure comes back within minutes.

It depends on length and on how difficult the source is, and the time is in the quote before you commit. Rush delivery within 2 to 24 hours covers the urgent end. Scope is agreed before the clock starts, so a document job, a website and a media file on the same order each get their own realistic date. Easy translation is scheduled against the people who actually do this work, not against a general pool.

The 99+% accuracy standard comes from human work plus an independent check: one translator produces the file, and then another verifies it line by line against the source. What gets checked on easy translation is the detail a reader would otherwise have to verify alone: names, figures, terms and anything the source left ambiguous. Dates, figures and proper nouns are checked separately from the prose, because those are the details a reviewing office compares first. That second pass is what catches a term rendered two different ways in the same document.

Files are handled under NDA, moved through encrypted transfer and seen only by the assigned team. Easy translation often involves material people would not want circulated, so the file is closed to everyone except the pair working on it. Personal records, contracts and pre-filing material arrive daily, so access is closed by default and opened only to the pair on the job. They can also be deleted on an agreed schedule after delivery, with written confirmation.

Word, PDF, Excel, Google Docs or plain text. The format for easy translation is agreed at order stage, so the first delivery is the one you can file, send on or publish. Your house template can be applied from the first order, which is what keeps a set of documents looking like one set.
